Our Churches

The church is not buildings, but people. We are a community of Christians who meet regularly to worship God, to listen to God's word, the Bible, and to encourage and love one another.

Each of our churches is quite different, ranging from the traditional to the more contemporary. Whichever church you decide to come along to, and whether you are completely new to church, or returning, you are sure of a very warm welcome.

Each parish has a dedicated team of people helping to enable the various different ministries of the church, and to minister to one another. Each parish has a PCC (Parochial Church Council) which meets six or so times a year, to make strategic decisions regarding ministry and resources and to support the work of making Christ known in our parishes.

We are also part of the Diocese of Oxford. Each diocese is split into ‘deaneries’ (clusters of churches) and we are part of the rural Deanery of Bradfield.
