Rector’s Update 15/10/2024

This Thursday (17th October) at 7.30pm the Filling Station meet in Hampstead Norreys Village Hall, RG18 0TR.  I have found these to be special evenings of worship and teaching so do come along with if you would like to be encouraged.  Refreshments are served from 7.15pm and this month the speaker is Philip Whitehead, Senior Minister at Kennet Christian Centre, Newbury.

On Tuesday 5th November our new toddler group Small Saints starts at All Saints’.  We are grateful for a small group of volunteers but if you can help out regularly or occasionally we would love to hear from you - contact caroline@2bsd.org.uk.

In addition to our regular Sunday Services there is quite a lot going on in the coming weeks.  Some key dates for your diary are as follows:

Thursday 31st October 5pm Light Party (a Christian alternative to Halloween) for primary age children at St Peter’s.

Sunday 3rd November 3pm Memorial Service at St Denys’ to remember those who have died 

Sunday 10th November Remembrance Sunday

Sunday 24th November 6.30pm Evening Celebration at All Saints with Grant Fensome (Area Dean)

Sunday 1st December  6pm  Advent Carols at St Denys’
